In keeping with today’s technology, VECO launches its mobile phone texting service dubbed “Text Broadcast.”
With this new and innovative text service, customers can inquire on the status of major unscheduled (emergency) power interruptions.

All you have to do is type ASKVECO (space) OUTAGE  and send to
2327 for Globe users
391-8326 for Smart
09178902327 for Sun cellular subscribers
Customers availing of this info-text service will pay only P1.00 for every text message sent to VECO.

Sir art, salamat diay sa pag cluster sa mga meter diri sa sambag 2, mura ug na kuha kuhaan na gyud ang mga kawatan ug kuryente diri sa sambag 2. Nag problema na sad sila karon kung asa na pud sila mangawat ug kuryente. Salamat kaayo sir.

good morning. mga sir at mam sa VECO walay kuryente sa Barangay Kalunasan sugod sa may Langub Shrine hangtud sa may BJMP sugod 2pm gahapon hangtud karon wala pa gihapon kuryente. please ayoha na intawon palihug. daghan kaayong salamat.

Veco are implementing rotating brownouts so what times & what areas will these be taking place so people can plan accordingly as no one can answer this question Huh?

the reason for the rotational brownouts is the lack of power supply from leyte.
since im now transferred to another dept, i have limited access as to the specific skeds of these brownouts.
but this is only temporary. however, i will try to get info regarding rotational brownout skeds & areas affected w/in this week if i can.
i cannot make this promise since veco is also helping cebeco restoring toppled power lines north of cebu as well as giving relief goods
which is our main priority.
