the use of a motorcycle bike rack is a very practical way of transporting bicycles...less fuel will used...parking not a big problem...faster during heavy traffic hours...i will find time to design one for my use...
design done na gyud a month ago...and the prototype will be completed tomorrow...
i designed the said motorbike bicycle rack based on my wants:
(1) the rack assy can be completely removed from the motorbike,
(2) the rack assy can be adjusted to fit on most types of motorbikes and bicycles,
(3) 2 persons can still be accomodated by the motorbike (my xrm) basta gamay lang ang mo backride,
(4) no bicycle part will extended outside the motorbike's handle bar side-to-side length.
(5) the bicycle can be placed on the rack without any part/assy dismanted such as a wheelset removed as observed (internet posted designs).
(6) and my wish "the bicycle will eject in case of motorbike crash/collision"...
I hope i can satisfy all six features...let's see tomorrow...
