Doc, i'm very happy to note that the crit races are being held at the Mandaue South Reclamation Area, Mandaue City for a long time...

I firmly believe that it's high time for the City Government of Mandaue and the private sector to do it's share of supporting this meaningful event as a way of educating the Cebuanos and others on the pressing need to gradually wean ourselves from the chronic dependence on fossil fuels...
