Hey Goyo.

Next time a customer comes in your bike store.
And asks for their bottom bracket to be lubed because its clearly creaking.

Tell "raffy" hes go 2 options.

#1 - Admit hes to lazy, and best is to walk across the street at go to life cycle for proper service.

#2 - take the time and lube the creaking bottom bracket.

He decided to create option #3.
Lube the pedals because he did not want to be bothered.
And claim they where not put in properly.

Considering the vast amount of bike shops that are pooping in Manila.
It be in your shops better interest to not piss off customers who go in your bike regularly.
Or should I NOW say, use to go in your bike shop(s).

Hi Matt,

It's unfortunate that you had an unpleasant experience with BTC.

We don't have a mechanic named Raffy, so I have to check who did your bike.

May I suggest bringing back the bike, and we'll have Jun look at it.  Jun is our road bike guy.

Thanks.

Hey Goyo sounds good.
Already got the BB lubed.

Most of my ridding is done on the trainer.
So any creaking is very irritating.
Its also very easy to identify where it comes from.

I personally find Pinoy's to be remarkably talented as various "hands-on" craftsmanship.
Its un-fortunate when they fall short due to poor effort.
Particularly when given strait instructions...
