Was just informed that the 2013 Terry Larrazabal Bike Festival has been accredited and sanctioned by the Integrated Cycling Federation of the Philippines!!

Currently there are only THREE events sanctioned by the Federation:
Ronda Pilipinas
Le Tour
Terry Larrazabal Bike Festival

TLBF will be on October 17 - 20, 2013, Ormoc City.
