Anyone who has a similar condition?

My sinus starts to clog a day after long rides (more than 4 hours)..  Not all the time, but especially during very hot rides.  And then the kalbaryo begins the next day- extreme pain, antibiotics, etc.

Would appreciate your inputs on: 1) if you are able to address prevention (like maintenance meds, etc.)  2) during the painful episode, if you have experience, other ways that heals it quickly  3) other inputs..

i have a friend similar to ur condition. the reason is the dust he inhaled during his long rides.
what he did was wore a mask (dust proof) and it worked. no more difficulty breathing after the rides.
but he's got another problem, it is now during the ride he's having difficulty breathing obviously because
of the mask hahaha.

Same condition ko bai. Months ko usually mag sipon + sinusitis until i discovered the remedy...  Beer! Worked for me. I used to avoid alcohol every time my sinus gets bad but after a bottle in one random day, I was surprised that my sinuses was clear and colds was +/- down by 50%. I don't advice or suggest this to anyone. Doctors advice is still best. But this worked out for me.

see a doctor.

Thanks, and I already did...  Antibiotics, antihistamine and spray (the usual)

I'm hoping there are others here that can share any other tips how they permanently prevented such condition during/after riding.. (like the beer of james Grin)

Get a cyclist doctor. If not, he'll let you stop riding.
Btw, mo tukar sad akong sinusitis after a very long ride kanang laspag kaayo when your immune system is low. I'm not allergic to the dust outside, but the dust inside the house. I always keep an antihistamine with me.
